Registration 2025
Registration is completed through our Friendly Manager registration system using the buttons at the bottom of this page:
- If you're New to our club (a big welcome), please create a login and select the relevant grade
- If you're a Current / Past member (great to have you back), please use the "re-register / add" option at the bottom of your Friendly Manager profile.
Registrations for 2025 Winter SEASON Football grades are currently OPEN for U5 to U17 age grades.
Junior and Youth
Please note that the 2025 Winter season for the NRF Community Leagues in Fun Football / Junior / Youth / Senior competitions will commence 5th April and conclude on or before 1st September 2025.
- Registration Open days will be held at the clubrooms in February 2025 for registration and purchase of playing apparel.
- Sundays 9th, 16th and 23rd February 2025 from 10am to 2pm.
Juniors/Youth SEASON 2025 Fees for Winter Football - ALL fees are inclusive GST
- Fun Football U5-U8 (Born 2020 - 2017) - $170
- Juniors U9-U12 (Born 2013 to 2016) - $200
- Youth U13-U17 (Born 2008 to 2012) - $235
For players, age groups are based on your child's age on their birth date in 2025
(i.e. turning 10 in 2025 = born in 2015, they will be registered into the U10 grade).
You'll notice that we have kept our fees the same as last year. We know it’s still a challenging time out there for so many of our whānau - and we're committed to making football accessible to everyone in our community.
Additional Prgramme Fees (Optional): Please note these registration fees are for season registration only and do not include any of the additional fees below:
- Boys Youth Development Programme:
- fee for players selected into the TDP teams for Terms 1, 2, 3 and trials in term 4 is $1,500 per annum PLUS the Youth Season fee. (a total fee of $1,735)
- fee for players selected into the Championship or Conference teams for Terms 1, 2, 3 and trials in term 4 is $750 per annum PLUS the Youth season fee (a total fee of $985)
- Girls Youth Development Programme: Development squad team fees for players selected into the U14 and U16 Girls TDP teams for Terms 1, 2, 3 and trials in term 4 is $750 per annum PLUS the Youth season fee (a total fee of $985)
- Junior Grades Skill Centre: Entry into Skill Centre squads for the Junior grades (U9 to U12) during Terms 1, 2 and 3 is $600 per annum PLUS the Juniors season fee (a total fee of $800). Term 4 will be an additional fee to this.
Note that we appreciate full payment at time of registration.
Fees should be paid at the time of registration with either a valid credit card (transaction bank fee applies) OR by selecting "Pay Later" option. Pay Later option enables you to pay by internet banking or by arranging a payment plan. To apply for a payment plan then make your submission at this link - Payment Plan Application form
All card payments are processed directly and securely by Ezidebit. Please note, transactions will show on your credit card statement as “EZI HEALTH & FITNESS”.

Seniors
To register as a senior player, you must already be in a BUAFC Senior Team.
If you are not already part of a current mens or womens senior team, please contact Ian at club email - clubcaptain@buafc.org.nz
Adult players in Senior Mens and Womens teams (Born 2008 or earlier) – Team fee per team is paid by team so the player fee is set by that team.

Every little helps!
When you come to register, you will have the option to make a gift by buying a support fund token, either to a building fund or a player support fund. These additional proceeds will go directly towards either securing our state-of-the-art facilities for future generations by repaying our clubroom upgrade loan more quickly or be applied to funding families in hardship that need support to pay fees. Any contribution, no matter how big or small, is immensely appreciated - we will be so grateful for any additional koha you can help us with.
Social and Supporter Members
We welcome our valued supporters to join our database so we can communicate with you.
- The season fee for Adult non players / social / supporter membership is $70 (incl GST) per person.
- The season fee for Pensioners as social /supporters members is $18.50 (incl GST) per person.
