Girls Youth (U14's - U16's)

This year BUAFC has added more opportunities to promote female youth player development across the Club. Our U16’s girls have trained alongside the Women’s First Team allowing upcoming players to be exposed to the senior environment and as a result, a number of U16’s have had the opportunity to regularly play as part of the Women's First Team.

Our U14’s girls team has seen our young players continuing to develop their skills and confidence and this year the team won their NRF grade/division.

To continue promoting girls and women’s football development pathway the club is introducing the Talent Development Pathway format in 2024.  Training will include technical and tactical components plus an Injury Prevention Programme specifically designed for female athletes to support girls’ well-being and physical development.
