Notice of Annual General Meeting
We are excited to remind all members that the Birkenhead United AFC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 17th September 2024, at 7:00 PM. This AGM is our club's cornerstone event, offering members a valuable opportunity to reflect on the past year’s achievements, address challenges, and discuss our vision and plans for the future.
One of the key items on the agenda is the election of 10 board members, which is essential for ensuring effective leadership and governance of the club. We will be finalising and distributing the agenda and other documentation, on our website in the coming days. We strongly encourage all members to review these materials thoroughly before the meeting to ensure you are informed and ready to participate. By attending, you will play a direct role in shaping the direction and leadership of Birkenhead United AFC for the upcoming year. This is your chance to contribute to our club's continued success and growth.

To vote, you must be in attendance. Please review the Voting Procedure document below to clarify eligibility requirements and understand the voting process.
Voter Pre-Registration for Election of Officers
To help ensure a smooth election process for the Election of Officers to the Board on Tuesday, 17th September, we encourage all members who plan to attend to pre-register their intention to vote. Pre-registering will streamline the sign-in process on the night, allowing us to start promptly and avoid delays.

If you are unsure whether you can attend or unable to pre-register, you may still register to vote on the night of the election. We kindly ask that you arrive early to allow enough time for registration to be completed before the meeting begins.
